Our urns are shipped from our showroom in Houston, Texas. This fee includes packaging, insurance, shipping, and postage via standard Fedex or USPS ground. Any urn ordered and paid for not in our showroom will require additional days for delivery.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

If an urn is discontinued or otherwise not available, a full refund may be provided.
