James “Jim” Sidney Griffin

James “Jim” Sidney Griffin, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, born on July 26, 1934, went to be with his Lord on October 21, 2021.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 1, 2021 at Second Baptist Church, in the Hankamer Chapel, 6400 Woodway Drive, in Houston, Texas.

Following the funeral service, Jim will be laid to rest at Glenwood Cemetery in Houston, Texas with a reception with the family will immediately to follow. The reception will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Joseph J. Earthman Generations, 234 Westcott Street in Houston, Texas.
